How do I login? |
1. Click inside the Username entry box in the Login block on the left of the screen
2. Type in your username as provided by Pacific Brands
Don't have a login? (Read about how to register, or contact your local Brandsnet consultant ).
3. Click inside the Password entry box
4. Type in your password*
* Your password is case-sensitive
5. Click on the Login button
Note: If you leave the “Remember username” box ticked, the site will automatically remember your username the next time you come to login.

What if I've forgotten my password? |
1. Click on the Forgot Your Password? link located underneath the entry boxes of the Login block on the left of the screen
2. Type in your username as provided by Pacific Brands
Don't have a login? (Read about how to register, or contact your local Brandsnet consultant ).
3. Click on the Submit button
An email will be sent to you shortly with your new password.
Note: If you do not receive your new password within a few hours, please contact your local Brandsnet consultant .

How do I register to order online? |
1. From the Brandsnet home page (if you are not on the home page, click on the Home button on the site)
2. Click on the Sign up to Brandsnet red button located on the right-hand side of the screen
3. Complete all the fields as marked as 'required'
4. Tick whether you would like to pay your statements online by clicking 'Yes' to Online Payment
5. Place a tick next to all the brands you stock in-store
6. Click on the Submit button
